Regress

1.      How can you escape from a recurring thought?

2.      In the head there is a battle going on

3.      The everlasting question if God’s alive or dead

4.      But whatever the answer there’s no time for regret

5.      You can’t explain logically the impossibility of motion

6.      Walking on the tight rope of a delicate emotion

7.      Learning from the ignorance of the migratory birds

8.      Is there beginning or an end is there a rule beforehand?

9.      Is there an argument that’s swift and elevating?

10.  Is there before your weary eyes a miracle awaiting?

11.  But there’s no truth relying on demonstration

12.  For all the scared people who want an explanation

13.  With a string of beads used to count prayers

14.  Searching for some clue in the deepest layers

15.  Black and white handkerchiefs of voyages and swallows  

16.  Beyond all the infinities infinity will follow.
