Woman at the window

1.      The desperate call of lost communication

2.      Is like the wreckage of a ship which ran aground

3.      It is the echo of drowned people carried by the waves

4.      It is the hovering of birds above a sea of sorrow

5.      Erasing our memories until there’s no regret.

6.      The hopeful light of great expectation

7.      Is like the redshift of a lighthouse fading away

8.      We hear the cry of seagulls above the open ocean

9.      It is like prisoners who managed to escape

10.  Only to be captured in the arms of big despair.

11.  Now we have to find ourselves a new landscape

12.  To turn our eyes away from the narrow perspective

13.  To help our thoughts settle on the eagle nests

14.  Leaving behind the needs moaning in the valleys

15.  So that our lives can prosper in the fields of freedom.
