1. One
day an angel came down to earth
2. From
the distant land we call paradise
3. He
was curious about us human beings
4. And
about our common everyday things
5. He
put on casual clothes made of flesh and bone
6. And
travelled in our world on a bicycle
7. He
wandered along our crowded streets
8. He
visited a lot of interesting places
9. He
met people and learned their languages
10. Until
he came across that beautiful woman
11. Then
the whole world turned into a colored film
12. He
could feel all the pleasures of mortal life
13. But
also the pain of hunger and lust
14. Then
he realized that although he had wings
15. He
had never before enjoyed flying
16. So
he took off his wings and stayed with us
17. To
be born again to grow old and to die.
