Spotlight

1.      We open our eyes and a circle appears

2.      It consists of all the objects within sight

3.      It includes the stars of the universe

4.      As well as the dark matter in the background

5.      We stretch our thought and the circle widens

6.      The universe expands at the speed of light

7.      But the darkness travels faster

8.      Our mind is elusive like a cloud

9.      It casts its shadow on the ground

10.  We close our eyes and the circle disappears

11.  Leaving behind an indefinite margin

12.  Shrinking down to an infinitesimal singularity

13.  We gather our thought and the universe contracts

14.  We start a fire with a magnifying glass

15.  We focus on a point and the point is lost

16.  Around that point lie all the things implied.
