Justice

1.      There’s a marble statue of a blind lady
2.      With a scale and a sword in her hands
3.      Standing imposing on a big pedestal
4.      Listening carefully to our story
5.      Her verdict will decide our fate
6.      We lay our gifts down at her feet
7.      We whisper all our secrets in her ears
8.      We have committed no serious crime
9.      Therefore we expect no punishment
10.  Except from some absurd remorse
11.  And things we are usually afraid of
12.  She smiles and faces us gracefully
13.  Her lips are sealed her eyes are tied
14.  She lowers the scale and raises the sword
15.  Absolving us from guilty consciousness.
